Well I have a recipe that is very popular at family gatherings. It is a sugar free instant cheese cake recipe. If the pie is sliced into 5 slices 110 cal. anyway here it is.

Filling: 1 package sugar free Jello disolved into 1 cup boiling water. 2 packages of cream cheese. 1 tsp vanilla.

Crust: 1-2 cups Grahamcracker crumbs. 1 stick butter (you can use oleo). 2-3 tblsp splenda.

mix splenda and gramhamcracker crumbs into pie pan. Add melted butter and use spoon to form crust. set aside.

put cream cheese and vanilla in mixer bowl and using beatter mix on low speed until smooth. pour cooled Jello (do not allow to set up but allow to cool some while preparing the cream cheese) into bowl and mix for 1 minute on low speed. Replace beater with whisk and mix until all lumps are gone. Pour filling into crust a put in refridgerator for 2 hours or until filling is firm. Serve alone or with your favorite sugar free topping.

Sounds great, LordGarth, but do you use Jello pudding??? Any particular flavor? I am definitely going to try this one, I can't believe it's only 110 calories for a slice!!! Also, did you ever try to make it with lowfat or no fat cream cheese?? And if you did, what were the results???? Thanks!
